Rev. Johnson is the founder and CEO of New Light Faith Ministries, Inc. From 2002-2023 he was the pastor of New Light Christian Fellowship Church, a subsidiary of New Light Faith Ministries, Inc. He has been in ministry for 43 years of which 38 of those years have been in various Church leadership positions. He and his wife Nikki have been married for 41 years and have two daughters and one grand-daughter. All he wants us to know is that he loves the Lord.

Pastor Banks, a proud product of the State of Mississippi, has spent a great majority of his life in the Kansas City, Kansas area. He is married to Mrs. Alice Marie Yates Banks and have two grown children and four grand children.
